The role of Junior Software Tester requires the following main skills:
• Student in the last year or graduate in Computer Science or related field;
• Knowledge of SQL language and database servers(Oracle): performing
queries, ability to understand SQL code;
• Testing & technical skills;
• Experience in testing billing systems is a plus;
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus;
• Ability to understand business and functional requirements;
• English language skills.
As a Junior Software Tester you will have to:
• Perform document analysis to identify possible non conformities between
requirements and software (including technical documentation);
• Analyze requirements and design specifications and determine test
scenarios;
• Design, document and execute test scenarios from the test plans,
implement test automation suites/scripts;
• Troubleshoot problems and narrow down problem areas;
• Resolve issues by working closely with application software development,
system lab support, systems engineering, and other needed organizations;
• Write detailed and accurate bug reports in English.
