Customization Developer MINDBill (Oracle SQL Developer)

Job Description:
The Oracle SQL Developer will be part of a team of software engineers
responsible for the design and development of reports according to
customer requirements.

Daily responsibilities will include requirements analysis, solution
design, coding and testing for:
       SQL and PL/SQL development
       Crystal reports design
       BO/SAP Universes and Web Intelligence reports design.

This position includes vacancies for onsite development for medium
duration periods so we are looking also for people willing to travel
worldwide (Canada, US, US Islands, Europe etc.).

Required Technical Knowledge:

Student or bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Computer
Science, Automatic Control and Computer Engineering, Economics and
Business Administration);

Very good relational databases and SQL knowledge;
Good Oracle PL/SQL knowledge;
Knowledge of Oracle 9i/10g/11g features and light administration will be
a plus;
Knowledge of Crystal Reports and business intelligence tools (SAP/BO,
Oracle, open source) will be a plus;

Knowledge in Java programming will be a plus;
Smart, inventive, with good analytical skills and the ability to quickly
learn and adapt;

Passionate, dedicated, team player, good communications skills;
Good verbal and written skills in English .

Technical Support Engineers MINDBill & PHONEX

Job description:
Support major telecom operators throughout the world in launching new
business and new services, as part of the project delivery team.
Understand business requirements and implement them into MIND's
software.
Provide training and consultancy to our Customers.
Work closely with our Customers' staff, R&D, testing and other
departments in order to resolve highly complex technical issues.
Become a valued professional with international exposure.

This position requires worldwide travel for medium duration periods.

Job requirements:

- Graduate in Computer Science or related field;
- Minimum 2 years experience in software technical support, software
projects implementation or software development;
- Open minded, fast learner, open to new technologies;
- Good verbal and written skills in English; French and/or Spanish
knowledge is considered an advantage; good communication skills;
- Organized person, able to adapt to different tasks and to focus on the
project's schedule and objectives;
- Experience working with relational databases and sound SQL knowledge;
- Basic knowledge on Internet protocols and computer networking
technologies;
- Experience using UNIX/Linux environments.
The experience in billing for telecom is a valuable asset.

Job description:
The JAVA Programmer will be part of a team of software engineers and
programmers responsible for designing, developing and implementing
software applications.

Job requirements:
Computer Science or Informatics degree;

Java knowledge required;
Experience in one or more of the following: Java, J2EE; EJB 3 is a plus;
Good knowledge of SQL and database servers (Oracle);
Good command of English.
