Procedura e destul de simpla si consta in urmatorii pasi:
1. Candidatul trebuie sa aplice pentru job-ul/pozitia relevanta, fie
prin intermediul meu sau direct de pe site
2. CV-ul este scanat de cei de la Talent Acquisition
3. Daca CV-ul a fost acceptat, candidatul va primi un test online de
cunostinte java, OOB, SQL etc, in functie de pozitia pt care a aplicat
4. Interviu cu development manager/hiring manager
