Contribution for attracting funds for the projection, execution and finalization of:

·        2 buildings of the Faculty of Eectrical Engineering and Computer, one of 3500 sqm and another of 3800 sqm (December 16th 1988, respectively May 18th 1998);

·        Student hostel no. 4 with a total capacity of 300 places (2005 - May 2007);

·        A covered sports ground of 2400 sqm (inaugurated on December 15th 2006);

·        Joseph Schmidt Concert hall with a capacity of 240 seats (inaugurated on October 11th 2007);

·        Stefan cel Mare University, building E with a total surface of 10000 sqm (2006 – June 13th 2008);

·        Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory, with the biggest anechoic chamber in Romania, with a frequency lane of 40 GHz (June 13th 2008);

·        Long Life Learning Center of 3000 sqm in Vatra Dornei (inaugarated on December 9th 2011);

·        The hunting cabin and didactical training of 930 sqm, at Șipoțel – Rîșca;

·        Didactical facilities of 3000 sqm at Gălănești, 2008;

·        Swimming and kinetoteraphy complex of semi-olympic size  (inaugurated onNovember 18th 2009);

·        Attic rooms for laboratories building C, campus 1, research spaces about 900 square meters (2012).

 

Contributions to fund raising for the development of Campus 1 of the Stefan cel Mare University, from a surface of 4,5 hectars ( totaling 19.000 sqm of builded surfaces in 2004) to 6.5 hectars ( a 62.000 sqm of builded surfaces towards the end of 2011)

 

Managing the actions that  lead to the obtaining of a surface of 30 hectars for Campus 2 of Stefan cel Mare University, through Gouvernement Decision in May 2007.

The realisation of the Zonal Urban Plan, the Prefesability study and the Fesability study for Campus 2, where the objectives will sum a builded surface of about 120 000 sqm.
