Courses and laboratories description

  • Fundamantals of Digital Electronics

This course is dedicated to undergraduate students (FIMM and ETH) and presents the fundamental concepts and theory to provide a solid foundation. The theory is applied to the design and analysis of simple circuits, and extend to the design of optimal circuits.

  • Digital Logic Systems

Digital electronics is one of the fundamental courses found in all electrical
engineering and most science programs. The analysis and design of combinational and sequential logic circuits  is the topic of this course.

  • VLSI and HDL Design

Describing a design using Verilog is only half the story. Writing test benches, testing a design for all functions, and identifying the faults is a challenging tasks. The constructs in Verilog is discussed through examples. The examples will be tested with popular used simulation packages.

Move Forward With Your Education

A human being is not attaining his full heights until he is educated. (Horace Mann)

An education isn't how much you have committed to memory, or even how much you know. It's being able to differentiate between what you know and what you don't. (Anatole France)

A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new. (Albert Einstein)
