9. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

For the management of the project, we are considering the objective oriented management method, by establishing the objectives and sub objectives till the executant level. The method will be sustained by a systematical control of fulfilling the objectives as well as by a periodical evaluation of the executant's performances and checking of budget specific procedures with regards to the equipment aquisition.

The project will be coordinated and run on all its period by the Partner University of Suceava. The project director will make sure that all the partners will have the access to the newly obtained results. Partial and final results are going to be firstly disseminated between the partners. This objective will be assessed by organizing periodical meetings at each partner involved in the project.

The project's activities were planned in 4 stages. For each stage, we have identified specific activities that correspond to the experience and specialization of each partner. The results will be tracked and controlled in conformity with this planification. Attaining this objective is possible only by an adequate management of human resources. The project director will cater for coordination between the members of several teams and will orient them on their specific activities. Each member will be assigned a specific task on a specific time interval. The project director will monitor the development of the project with respect to the planification by taking into account the risk factors that may appear.
